At BICK BOUTIQUE, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned within this timeframe to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Items must be in the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Items must be free of odors, stains, makeup marks, or pet hair
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase must be included

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Intimate apparel including bras, underwear, and lingerie
  • Swimwear and bikinis
  • Sale items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged through customer wear or misuse

How to Initiate a Return

Follow these simple steps to return your item:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at bickboutique@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive Authorization: We will send you a Return Authorization Number and return instructions within 1-2 business days
  3. Package Your Return: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached
  4. Include Documentation: Include your original receipt and write the Return Authorization Number on the package
  5. Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided in your return instructions

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. BICK BOUTIQUE is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Exchange Policy

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • Specify the desired size or color for exchange
  • If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead
  • Exchanges are processed after we receive your returned item

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Credit card refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at bickboutique@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage or incorrect item, and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. Items purchased with a promotional discount of 40% or more are considered final sale.

Store Credit Option

If you prefer, we can issue store credit instead of a refund. Store credit is provided immediately upon return approval and never expires. Store credit can be used for any future purchase at BICK BOUTIQUE.
