Shipping policy
At BICK BOUTIQUE, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy to understand our delivery process, timeframes, and options.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. This includes all 50 states, as well as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) of receiving your order confirmation.
Order Processing Timeline
- Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12:00 PM EST: Processed same or next business day
- Orders placed Friday after 12:00 PM EST - Sunday: Processed on the following Monday
- Orders placed on holidays: Processed on the next business day
During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing times may be extended by 1-2 additional business days. We will notify you if there are any delays with your order.

We partner with trusted carriers to deliver your order safely and on time. Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Free Shipping
We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States. The free shipping threshold is calculated after any discounts are applied and before taxes.
- Orders of $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping automatically
- No promo code required
- Free shipping applies to standard delivery method only
- Cannot be combined with other shipping promotions
Shipping Carriers
We use the following carriers for all shipments:
- United States Postal Service (USPS): First Class Mail and Priority Mail
- United Parcel Service (UPS): Ground, 3 Day Select, and 2nd Day Air
The carrier for your order is selected based on the shipping method chosen, package size and weight, and delivery destination to ensure the most efficient delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- Your tracking number
- The carrier handling your shipment
- A direct link to track your package
You can also track your order by logging into your BICK BOUTIQUE account and viewing your order history. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order:
- Contact us immediately at bickboutique@outlook.com
- Address changes can only be made before your order ships
- Once an order has shipped, we cannot redirect the package
- We cannot change shipping addresses for orders shipped to P.O. boxes
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the package, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:
- Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
- Look around your delivery area for the package
- Wait 48 hours as sometimes carriers mark packages delivered before actual delivery
- If still not received, contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
- If the carrier cannot locate the package, contact us at bickboutique@outlook.com
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and contents immediately
- Keep all original packaging materials
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at bickboutique@outlook.com
- Include your order number and photos of the damage
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
Split Shipments
In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages to ensure faster delivery. If your order is split, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.
Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to the following:
- APO/FPO/DPO addresses
- P.O. Boxes for express shipping methods
- International addresses outside the United States
Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons, we recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery. Please note that carriers experience higher volumes during these periods, which may result in delivery delays.
Recommended Order Dates for Holiday Delivery
- Standard Shipping: Order by December 15
- Expedited Shipping: Order by December 18
- Express Shipping: Order by December 20
